So while I was reading the book, I was constantly writing down ideas for things to add to my list. However, the entire list took me quite some time. After going over the list multiple times, it is finally complete.
Within the book, there are "guidelines" for writing your goals. According to the book, each of your goals must have/be the following things:
1. Goals need to be specific and measurable. Instead of saying "Lose weight" you say "Lose 5 pounds"
2. Goals are challening and exciting. They do not create avoidance issues.
3. Goals are value driven.
4. Most importantly, your goals need to be written down. Hence, the blog.
That is a very basic rundown of the entire book. My list makes sense to me. If you read it and you are confused by something, look it up. If a goal seems cryptic to you, that's because I intentionally wrote it that way. Alright, Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you "My List" (In no specific order)
